    A Little About Me

    Susan Frisby-Smith

    Qualified plant‑based chef, yoga teacher, and the founder of Susan’s Plant‑Based Kitchen.

    ​

    Food became a central part of my own healing journey (for myself and my partner) and through that process I began creating meals that are not only beautiful and full of flavour, but deeply nourishing, seasonal, and accessible.

    My cooking is inspired by organic wholefoods, global traditions, and the slow, soulful rituals of preparing food with intention.

    Through 1:1 and group cooking classes (both online and in person), I now guide people who are plant‑curious, health‑minded, or simply looking for more ease and creativity in the kitchen.
